"Empanadas Salteñas"

Para la masa:
1 kilo de harina 0000,
200 gramos de grasa derretida= manteca,
550 cc. aprox. de agua tibia con una cucharada al ras de sal (salmuera tibia).
* Unir todo y amasar, dejarla reposar cubierta para conservar la humedad mientras se prepara el relleno.
Para el relleno (recado):
350 gramos de cebollas blancas,
150 gramos de grasa de vacuna o manteca
1 kilo neto de carne cortada a cuchillo (roast-beef o sobaco, nalga, bola de lomo),
1/2 kilo de papas,
250 gramos de cebolla de verdeo de fina textura,
1/2 cucharada de pimentón,
1/3 cucharada de ají molido,
pimienta, Comino, y sal gruesa,
4 huevos duros.

* Pelar y cortar las papas en pequeños cubos.
*Hervirlas junto a los huevos. Retirar y dejar enfriar.
* calentar una sartén y derretir la grasa o manteca, limpiar y cortar las cebollas y fritarlas por unos minutos, agregar la carne y los condimentos(sal,pimienta,pimentón, ají,comino) mezclar todo mientras se cocina. Dejar enfriar.
* Picar la cebolla de verdeo y los huevos, agregarlos al recado.
* Mientras estirar la masa y cortarla para armar pequeños bollitos y estirla para cortar círculos que llenaremos con el recado.
* Opcional puedes agregar Aceitunas, Arvejas, Pasas de uvas.
* Hornearlas o fritarlas… y ¡Buen Provecho!

Transplanted, I became a popular, vivacious biology whiz, admired by all for my ability to map out a phrase in Latin or English. I had found my people.

All of you who long to pull into the pit stop of life and have your reputation rotated: your vinous patron saint is Malbec.

The old people of the place says that Esteco was a very rich city. That all there was made of gold and of silver. That people were bad and proud. That when someone predicted them that the city will get lost for a tremor they deceived and they went to the stores to buy bands of color tremor. When they dropped something of silver they didn't bend over to pick up it. It is said that God came and predicted the punishment and asked for somewhere to stay at.
Only a very poor woman put up him and she believed him. When Esteco got lost, God left the city with the woman and her baby. He had ask her that she must not give turn, but the woman turn to have a view of the city and she became stone.
Twice Esteco has gotten lost, the city has been in two parts. They say that the first Esteco has collapsed in a lagoon. The other Esteco has collapsed in the earth for an earthquake and now there is not but that mount.

Un día un viejo misionero _ _ _ _ _ a la ciudad para salvarla del castigo con terremotos. Él _ _ _ _ _ humildad pero todo el mundo se _ _ _, sólo una mujer lo _ _ _ _ _ _ _ y _ _ _ _ _. Le dijo que salga de la ciudad a la madrugada pero que _ _ _ _ _ acatar una condición: no volver la cabeza para mirar hacia atrás.
La mujer _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ y _ _ _ _ _ con su hijo en brazos.La tierra _ _ _ _ _ _ y la ciudad se _ _ _ _ _ _. Por curiosidad la mujer _ _ _ _ _ _ la cabeza y en el acto se _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ en una estatua de piedra.

This exposition is the most important exhibition of the agriculture industry in the world. Since 1878, this exposition has taken place in La RuraL. About 1,000,000 people visit this event. este ritual ocurre cada año... un ritual de vida y belleza...
